Roman Abramovich Steps In To Push Through Signing Of £300k-A-Week UCL Winner

If you believe reports in the English media today, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has stepped in in the pursuit of Chelsea target Gareth Bale. Bale who has been a subject of abuses from Real Madrid fans is reportedly on his way out of the Bernabeu with Chelsea and Manchester United reportedly keen on signing him.

Manchester United have reportedly made the first move to sign the player and this has forced Roman Abramovich to step in in an attempt to beat the red devils to the signing of the former Tottenham player.

According to daily mail, Roman Abramovich wants the player even though Jose Mourinho is indifferent about his signing. The Russian is reportedly going to push through the move regardless of what Jose Mourinho feels.

Bale who only just two summers ago moved to Real Madrid had an above average first season and was expected to build on the form of the first season but he has so far this season been awful. With Real Madrid likely to end the season without a trophy, one can expect an over haul of the team once again as is the norm when the Galaticos don’t win a trophy.

Bale is likely to be one of those Florentino Perez will sacrifice which means Chelsea will have a chance to sign him but it remains to be seen if Roman Abramovich will be willing to pay his value transfer fee of £81.4milion.
