Chelsea Plan £7m Move For Long Term Ivanonic Replacement

Such qualities of his are what make Chelsea, Tottenham, Southampton and his parent club, Atletico Madrid locked in talks over his services for the coming campaign.

Southampton have an option of making his move permanent by paying Atletico 7 million pounds.
